(1) After downloading the archive (WSC4VB21.ZIP), exit Windows into DOS,
    or start a DOS window:

(2) Create a work directory. For example, to create C:\WSC21, type:

       C:
       CD \
       MKDIR WSC21
       CD WSC21

(3) Unzip all distribution files to your working directory.

       PKUNZIP WSC4VB21.ZIP

(4) If you are running Visual Basic 3.0 (Win16), type

       INSTALL 16

    If you are running Visual Basic 4.0 (Win32), type

       INSTALL 32

IMPORTANT: The shareware version executable 'expires' after running 20 minutes.
This means that the application must be re-started. If this time is too
short, please call us.
